Well, it's creative and interesting, but I'm not sure I agree with the premise. I think our minds end because they are finite, but time doesn't end because it's infinite.

Decent enough. It lacks in the fluidity of movement that draws people to words. Also what you have created is a form of poetry. Poetry is in itself a method to express philosophy and ones notions of the world. You speak of Time as being affected by mans thought of it. You also state that it shall end since man thinks this is so and thus create a self fulfilling prophecy. I recommend that you revise it to better illustrate this sentiment. I myself believe that time shall continue though existence shall at some point end is a better belief. Keep on with the philosophy.

Our individual time ends upon our death.
Earth's time ends in about 4.5 Billion years, when the sun swells up and swallows earth.
Depending upon many circumstances, the human race may survive even that, IF by that time we have learned to travel to other star systems, otherwise it will be curtains for everything we know or ever will know.

Well I think it's good, but not necessarily right, but wouldn't it be philosophy? And since that's an abstract, it's not all that far from poetry.....

Time is the means to measure your perception of exsistence, yours and others. Your exsistence went this long in my perception, so your comment is correct in that nature. There is no deffinate perception of time, it is bound to the beholder.
