Our company gives away prizes for sales performance. I need some new ideas so that we are not burning out on the same boring ideas like a drawing HELP!!!

We did something similar at the company I worked for. A couple of the things we did was played 21 whoever received 21 or the closest won the prize. Also scrabble, each player chooses 7 letters and whoever makes the best word receives a prize and another one we did was a baby picture contest we all brought in baby pictures and whoever guessed the most ones of who the baby was received a prize.
