my question is a simple one. im 14 and recently masturbation is no longer satisfying in even the slightest way. i cant really get horny by looking at naked women even though i still want to for some reasonunless its my girlfrined of course ive never seen naked and most likly will not for a long time or ever. i dont want to presure or her anything but i just wondered if thres a form of sexual releif i hadnt thought of or some other way to deal with ith.s recently inablity to release sexually has caused me mental and now physical discomfort its really begining to bother me.

Stress, fatigue and illness can all cause the sexual symptoms you describe, whether for masturbation or for males in a sexual relationship. (Read: it's normal, it happens to most guys at some time in their lives, and it goes away if you relax and get some rest.)

It may also mean that you've had enough sexual release for a while; sometimes just going a couple of days without satisfying yourself will take care of things.
