it is not the problem of LEGAL gun owners. it is the criminals.they will always gets guns even if all legal people did not have them..and if no one had a gun, crime would go through the roof...
it would be like fishing in a barrel of hungry fish..easy as pie for the criminals..
see when the criminals do not know who has a legal gun, it makes crime slow down a little...
look at NYC, guns are illegal and look at the crime.. no honest citizen has a gun, only the criminal...
look at countries that have made guns illegal, crime rate has gone up...
and the criminals are getting less time and they do not have hard time any more...time does not mean anything to a criminal..jail time is time off the street and time to visit old friends in jail...
take away the gun and they will use a screw driver, or a kitchen knife, what now you have to out law them too ? ? ?what will be next... lets all get together and keep the criminals put away..that's the answer..

There is no such thing as "gun" violence or gun crimes. There is violence and there is crime-sometimes thay use a knife, or a hammer, or a bomb.
What about automobile violence. more people are killed each day in auto accidents than are killed by guns in nearly a year.

To stop gun violence, I think everyone should carry a gun. Then, those who would use their guns to do violent/illegal things, would think twice about it, for fear of being shot by a gun-toting citizen.

Don't get involved with drugs, alcohol, or anything similar. The cops told me 90% of crime is caused by drugs on some level or another.

2) Social justice, so that people aren't angry or kill out of hunger.
