It will be about 15 8x4 sheets of hardy-board, several corners on the eves and lumber around the garage door. The bid will also include prep and paint. The homeowner is supplying all materials. The homeowners is also a family friend.

Protect yourself.....don't bid it.......give them a price per hour.....professionals 25 to 40 per hour.....laborer anywhere from 10 to 15 per hour.............hardy board isn't fun to cut or nail.....working for family or friends 80% of the time winds up with hard feelings unless you give them a hell of a deal......because that's what there expecting

Before you do anything....ask yourself these questions, Am I capable of doint the Quailty of Job they are expecting, IF they don't like the work I do Can I pay to have it Professionally fixed, Jobs of this size are NOT an easy or simple task for easy Money, it could bite you in the Hind end

Charge the going rate that tradesmen charge - 25 - 30 per hour (Canadian). Don't sell yourself short.
