Try bleach, you want it back white.. right ?

if you turned it on while it was still wet, your screwed. It may dry out but if you waited day or so and it is still green then you have a great reason to get a new flat panel. The price is down go to newegg.com and get a great deal.

take a hair dryer and softly blow on the monitor and the warmth should evaporate it...
