Flu Mist or Shot?

Which one would you get........
What one is BETTER/more effective to work?

I got the shot today. I think that it works better, as it is in your system, with no chance of error.

I go with the mist. I may be more expensive but it is totally pain free. I had one a couple years ago. Not to metion I have a phobia of needles.
