Why do any other animals make noise? It's a form of communication. Unless you're refering to the particular noise they're making..? That would be because of their vocal structure.

why do you specifically choose the cow? ducks "quack" pigs "oink" chicks "cheep" geese "honk" lambs "baa.." etc.
