what you have to do is go to the court house that the child-support is assigned to and ask for a petition for change of child support. Basically you are filling out a form to set up a court date to let your case to be heard by the court. Some states require a fee for doing so (20$) or so. Be live me i have done this for 7 years without a lawyer and it works you just have to do your home work. Some states have an on line site and you can print up the form from there!

You can petition the court system yourself. You only have to pay the filing fee's . You and your ex will appear before a judge. Make sure you have document ion of your expenses due to raising children. You can present these as evidence. Don;t be scared just think positive. The only thing that can happen is you will be told "no" your child support can't go down. Then you just re-petition the courts again.

you do not need a lawyer to petition the court to ammend the original support order. if you have proof that he has received a raise child support may be increased. child support is not just a number the judges pull out of the sky, it goes by a pay scale. they take what you earn, what he earns, and a few other factors. try to petition the court again.

You can try legal aid or go to your local county court. However without a lawyer you are basically "cutting off your nose to spite your face".

if you go get a lawyer he will have to pay for the lawyers services.as for him paying he will because if he doesn't pay the tax payers will have to pay for your children and thier not haveing that.so locate his address and have him served.or you can contact the child support office in your state and they will contact his job and garnish his wages.send copies of confermation that the kids are his and he will have to pay, even back support.this info is comming from a man who hates men who make children and don't take care of them,it's not the childs fault that your not together..good luck.

you're conversing of two distinctive themes. that's complicated to tutor omit use of youngster help money. with the aid of fact new child help is meant to help pay for foodstuff, shelter, clothing and the different expenses that come alongside. in case you rather have self belief your infants are being neglected and their welfare is in harms way. Then i'd notify your community infants welfare branch. There are toll unfastened numbers.
