A circumcised penis has been mutilated by the removal of the protective foreskin, usually on the request of misinformed parents who think it's necessary for cleanliness - it is NOT. Or by those whose religion require it.

In intact men the foreskin protects the glans (head of the penis) and keeps it from rubbing against clothing. The cut man developes a layer of tough tissue like a scar over the glans, cutting way down on sensitivity. Men who have been cut and their wives usually have much less sexual pleasure.

The United States is the only place on earth where it has been widely done for other than religious reasons, and even here it is rapidly falling out of fashion after the disproving of the false beliefs about health and hygiene. Routine circumcision is not recommended by any medical authority, and even most medical conditions which were once treated by removal of the foreskin are now treated by less barbaric means.

A circumcised penis has all or part of the foreskin removed. An uncircumcised penis retains its foreskin. As long as the foreskin is not too long to interfer with urination or too tight to do that and you don't have a painful erection then there is nothing bad about keeping it. You need, however, to keep the head of the penis clean by pulling back the foreskin at least twice a day and washing it with mild soap. I prefer being circumcised for a lot of reasons. I am very happy that I am, my sons are, and my wife is happy with it. Please don't let anyone bad mouth it. IT IS NOT A MUTILATION. Look up the word in a good dictionary.

in circumcised penis, the foreskin is cut while in uncircumcised, it is uncut. smegma may be present in uncut penis if it is not cleaned properly but even cut ones may stink if not washed properly. in either case, the semen may cause pregnancy in females (but not in gay men) so use condom always not only to prevent pregnancy but also sexually transmitted diseases. cheers!

One has foreskin, one does not. Either one will get you pregnant so take your pick.
