So far there's not era following the post-modern because we're currently in the post-modern days! Before post-modernism, there were Modernism, Enlightenment, the Renaissance, Medieval, Classical etc.

I've seen it referred to as post-postmodern, but I suspect that as it becomes more clear what the differences between it and postmodernism are are better name will emerge. I've also heard the term information age, used quite a bit to describe the current era, but I think this term describes different things then the term postmodernism.
