This is obviously homework, so:
A dictatorship is a government with one leader only, who theoretically has total control and command of a state. Compare that to an adequate definition of both communism and fascism.
Germany invaded Poland, Japan invaded China, and Italy ...
If the United States entered world war 2 when Hitler invaded France, why would Pearl Harbour be considered such a drastic event?
It will also make you look more intelligent if you spell out the words "you" and "are" and refrain from using all upper-case.

6. Fascism is. Pure communism, as theorized, is not. (The Soviet Union didn't follow that). If it's on, Soviet Union Communism, then the answer is true.

6. is an interesting one. Most (all?) communist countries have been dictatorships, but I don't think there is anything in the communist system that would preclude a communist country also being genuinely democratic.
