Ummm, lets see, a higher metabolism, losing weight, a better feeling about yourself, higher self esteem, a feeling of self worth, a better choice in foods, like eating healthier, can you say ABS?!, better toned and muscled body, going sizes down in clothes instead of up, a few catcalls here and there, the list is endless, and you are the only one that can find other benefits for yourself.

What not so many people know on excercise is that it is mandatory.
You need to exercise as you need to eat, to survive.
If you do not believe me, then you are in the first group.
Excersise yourself EVERYDAY.
