There are several different reasons why a person can feel nauseous. If you have only been experiencing nausea for a day or two it could be a flu virus, but if it’s been going on longer then here are some other causes to think about:
·Middle-ear infection,
·Severe pain
·Gastritis, or peptic ulcer
·Alcohol consumption in excess
·Stress
·Skipping meals

I hope you figure it out and get to feeling better soon.

You may have low blood sugar. I typically feel nauseaus when I wake up in the morning. I've begun taking green foods (Spirulina, wheat grass, chlorella, etc) & the naussea has left because green foods such as Spirulina help stabilize blood sugar.

I would consult my Doctor but this is often a sign of diabetes. When the blood sugar drops( hypo glycemia) one often becomes nasueous and lethargic. Best to consult your doctor as I have no medical degree
