Depending on what you want back, the answers can vary. You can't take back words b/c you have already said them. You can get back actual items (physical ones) for a price. Love may be gone, but you can always get it back. Other than that, you need to say what left you, or what has gone, and it will be easier to answer.

Well sometimes we cannot get back the things that are gone, other times you have to put your best foot forward and work your tail off to find it. That along with some praying.
