I'm having a baby in March, but we still don't know if it's a boy or a girl. I'm seriously seriously considering using Magdalena (Maggie for short) if it's a girl, but I can't think of anything to go with it. Any ideas??

Because Magdalena is a 4 syllable name i would consider using a one syllable middle name. Here are a few suggestions:
Magdalena Hope
Magdalena Mary
Magdalena Eve
Magdalena Brynn
Magdalena Faith
Magdalena Reese
Magdalena Leigh
Magdalena Joy
Magdalena Claire
Magdalena Sage
Magdalena Kate
Magdalena Paige
Magdalena Shay
Magdalena Jade
Magdalena Joy
Magdalena Anne
Magdalena Kae
Magdalena Bree
Magdalena Raye
Magdalena Dawn
Magdalena Jill
Magdalena Elle
Magdalena Eme

Magdalena is a Hebrew name meaning "woman from Magdala". Why not try Adah, also Hebrew, meaning "beautiful addition".
Or Suzanne, meaning "lily".
Or Simone, meaning "one who hears".
