If a girl is old enough to have hair that concerns her, then she's old enough to shave. There's no truth the the old wive's tale that shaving makes the hair coarser, btw - that's the one my mom tried on me!

I was 14 when I started to shave but my daughter started when she was 12 only because she had a lot of dark hair on her legs.It is something women have to do for the rest of their lives,so I say the longer a girl can wait the better off she is.My daughter hates it as much as I do already.
