Should I buy a PSP with 256 MB and pouch, no charger, like brand new, for 130$?

Sounds like a good deal to me.

Here's some more advice...

I would test it before I plunk down the cash. Test it with a game or UMD movie and see that it works correctly. And be sure you can access the internet from it too.

Be sure that the browser is set to where you want it; some people do not update their browsers because the older versions seem to be more compatible with sites they visit. The new updates I hear are a little more troublesome.

Check for scratches on the surface. It would not be worth the $$ to me if the face is scratched. Ask about the remote control/headphones. I have a PSP that I got last year and it came with it.

Make sure the buttons are affixed correctly. You'd be surprised how many PSP's I see where the round directional button (on the left) has popped off.

You don't want to get stuck with a "bricked" PSP=one that is useless.

Good luck.
