car magnet with a blue circle and a black k?

I keep seeing a car magnet around town that is round with a blue circle and a black small case k in the middle of blue. Does anyone know what it means?

I have looked into it but all i could find was Circle K (a convenience store) the Kiwanis (blue circle with gold K) and a club called circle k but none of their logos matched your description.
