Do we really have to worry about samonela and E-coli as much as the media says? It is really starting to worry me!!

please tell me where u are from (state) and did u hear about the tainted lettuce and tomatoes? the supposevly have samonela!

That's just "filler" news...scaring everyone is what they do. If it not samonela and E-coli it's bird flu, fat in you diet, colon cancer so get a colonoscopy. Did you ever notice the statistics on deaths by disease. Every disease known to man is the Number One Killer? Number One. All of them...How can that be?

Cooking your food with an internal temperature above 165F should kill most of the bacteria. Use a thermometer to test the internal temperature.

You really need to tune out much of this. The media is using scare tactics to increase ratings.

i dont think so but just to be safe im not eating as much salad and greens as i used to.
i think that the media is just stressing it more than they should but just careful though.
