Is there a way to block a caller from calling your cell phone without having to change your number?

Typically no, but call your service provider for options, if your getting really bad or annoying calls i'd just call all my friends/realatives/buisness contacts and tell them the issue and change your number!

Or you could just do something really easy........ don't answer the phone when you don't know who it is or don't want to talk to that person................... ahhhh voicemail rocks!!!!!
