No I don't think she'll would be president, I'm not saying this from a racist stand point but, They still don't think a White Woman can be president little alone a African American one, maybe some time down the future but, not now America is still in a racial slump with alot of bigots for that sort of thing....For me I don't care about race or sex as long as the issues are address that I care about other than that I don't just see it happening any time soon

Not enough votes out there and with the triple "stigma" of a 1) Successful, 2) Black, 3) Woman, all her talents and abilities cannot overcome prejudicial thinking.
Look what happen when Shirley Chisholm ran in 1972!

I think that Oprah has a pretty strong following, but I am not 100% sure it would be enough of a following to get the win- she could likely get about 70% of the women vote and probably a good % of the minority vote.... so who knows- maybe she could!?!?!?!?! I would LOVE to live to see that happen too!

NO! Come on i imagine of Oprah is an particularly effectual television personality and that i imagine of she's good at what she does yet i do not imagine of she might want to ever evaluate operating for authorities. go away the Presidency to those with adventure.

Without any doubt whatsoever I can say this. With 100% certainty I can say this. No way Jose! Never in a 1000 years. For one she's not qualified to lead this country. What experience does she have? Number two she wouldn't do it on a bet. I'd vote for Condaleeza Rice in a heartbeat though.

I don't know. She has a knack for talking to celebrities but world leaders... I'll have to think about that for a second. I'd rather see Sen. Barak Obama as president over Oprah or Hillary.

I love Oprah, but I don't think she has the political experience to be President. But wouldn't it be great to have a woman in that seat?, and a Black woman too? I can't wait to see that happen.

oprah gets on my nerves most of the time...but i think she probably would win if she ran for pres. she has such a huge following in this country...and other countries for that matter. also, she's so rich that she prob. would not take the salary or pension for the job, which would save the country money...she says she'll never run for office, so i guess we'll never know.

i honestly think that it will be a long time before a black person let alone a woman becomes president, i'm not racist or sexist, but the south would never let it happen, and i honestly think that the american people have no say in politics, it's government run, even though we vote
