Whats better, Toast 7 or Nero & Ultra?

For downloaded Mpeg files to be watched on TV, which one is better?

Haven't tried toast yet, but Nero's become a big ugly Bloatware! Sure it gets the job done but it's gotten way too big.

Toast 7 is for Macs
Nero is for windows

Hence which is best depends on what OS you have (the other one will not work for you)

Both are made by the same vendor: roxio.
