Okay sometimes When Im walking all of the suddent I get a sharp pain in my cheast and I cant breath in too deep or it hurts and I have to stay still them the pain will go away, but I can't do any thing really active after words. Do any of you know whats going on, do you feel this sometimes?

Yeah but Im perfecly heathy, Im active, skinny and all of that stuff. This has been going of scence i was like....7....luckly it does not happen often though. like once evrey two months...but it hurts!! And Im scared it will happen during a sporting event.

Yes, I know people this age this happens to. I could be a couple of things, both of which are best treated before it gets worse.

GERD has long term negative effects.

To answer the question, that is weird it could be acid reflux, but you may want to have it checked out anyway.

But the other people, pains in the sides and legs that others are talking about, ha vent you all heard of growing pains? Sometimes when your bodies are growing you get "growing pains!" Or maybe all kids these days are overweight and lazy and these pains are caused by lack of physical activity! So when you are active your muscles FREAK out!

wow im 16 and I have the same problem...I kno theres a lot of medical history in my family i guess but....i dunno i also get sharp pains in my sides sometimes and lately my legs have been cramping up. Im not heavy and im pretty healthy but...? Im thinking we should go see a doctor before it gets worse. It could be acid reflux or something that should be checked.

I never felt that way before. You should tell your mother and contact your doctor. I'm kind of in-touch with my doctor. You should be too (if you want). I'm 13 too, but I never felt that kind of pain before.

Its called "Acid Reflux" It has to do with your esophagus. Get it check out, and they will give you medication. I have it and I'm taking medication and I haven't had the problem anymore.

i'm turning 14 sunday and that happens to me some times.i don't know what it is.i have a heart problem.i'm not a lazy a@@ mother %*&$%# so it's not that.
