I would say A because your hands are more sensitve to pain and a car running over your foot really isnt that bad.. of coarse it hurts but its a dispersed roll while as a hand in the door is sharp corner slamming with intense force on tiny fingers

B) Having a car run over my foot would be worse.
I am saying that because i *have* had doors slammed on my hand, before...and, as awful as that was, no permanent damage was done. But a car running over my foot sounds like it could cause much more serious - and permanent - damage.

Ii would have to say my foot by a car. I have slammed fingers in doors and lost finger nail. I know that hurts but a car would definitely hurt worse. I think.

Hand slammed in a car door is still the worse, even though car doors are now much lighter than they were we I was younger.

Hand slammed in door.
I don't mind sitting on my bum for a while waiting for my foot to get better, but I would hate not being able to do stuff with my hands. How would I get on the Internet with broken fingers? I'm sure I'd manage somehow, but it wouldn't be easy. lol ;-)

I have experienced both and the worst was my hand in a door.
But it does depend on what kind of car, what kind of shoes you are wearing and how hard the door is slammed.
