Would not a mutation disorder be equated to a genetic disorder? Look up Genetic Disorder and you will have your answer.

Sounds like your talking about genetic mutation. Mutational disorder is a term referring to the conglomeration of all the random mutations that a species might have. Some mutations might be beneficial, some might not make a difference at all, and some might be harmful.
