We used to talk alot before school started now ,we don't say anything in tha hallway.And I think he's talking to this new girl Sherri.And I just started my new school .

So, are you in his school right now? If you are then why do you expect him to start talking to you, not you?
He could probably stop saying even "Hi" to you when you stopped doing it and he felt like he is getting on your nerves.
Just say "Hi" to him when you see him. Do it a few times and if then he still will seem cold then just ask him some time, just stop him in the corridor and say"Hey, why don't you talk to me anymore?"
That should put him in situation where he must answer and go from there. He may start talking to you again or say why he stopped. If after that he will be cold to you then just leave him alone, he is gone and possibly just a type of a guy who goes after every pretty girl but loses interest fast if nothing happens.
Good luck and don't feel embarassed to say "Hi" to him, its just a "hi" at the end of the day. How many times you say that to everyone else ;), 1 more won't hurt, he is not SO special or from another planet ;)
If you from another school then ask someone where he lives and just may be pass by there some time, and may be you will bump into him and there is situation 1 on 1 and he will be forced to talk to you, IF YOU start talk to him, but don't let him run away.

Ditch him. He's acting like a jerk for ignoring you. If you try to talk to him and he doesn't respond, don't waste your time.

just ask one of your friends to ask him do he like you but make sure he doesn't know that you sent her to see if he likes you. at least that what i would do and if u dont want to do that then just write a note to him.
