No you are not, you are calling ON BEHALF of Motorola, perhaps even FROM, but most definitely not WITH. Think about it....

You would most definitely want to say you're calling FROM (even if you're in Australia, Canada, or even Asia where they speak better English than Americans do) Motorola. You might also want to say you'd like to "interest you with an exciting offer". It's quite clumsy to use the word "offer" twice within the same phrase.

I am calling on the behalf of the moterola corporation to offer you our newest and most exciting plan yet. This would be the most appropriate english sentence for the US consumer you are calling. If you call England or another English speaking country like Australlia or Half of Canada, you may need to ask someone there for their differences. Hope this helps and good luck.
