I am not sure you could be good humored and arrogant at the same time. I would look for someone who was good humored and laid back.

Good humored and arrogant. I like confidence. Laid back people tend to be pushed around and when they are insecure they whine too much.

I'd pick laid back and good humored.

I hate ********* but it can be funny because I love laughing at others! Yeah, I'm going against a bunch of rules for me, but I just can't date an insecure guy... and of course, i like to laugh and be told jokes and stuff! :-)
