use your yahoo 360
click on you name, then click on edit my info the scroll down to use my yahoo 360 picture, if u dont have a 360 accout, register for one and when you are done up load ur picture of the 360 account the you go back to your yahoo answer profile and click use yahoo 360 pic and then u save

Fist you have to have a 360 account, and from there on you can upload up to four of your own photos and files from online as well. You can take it from there.

You need to make a 360 page first, then you can use whatever picture you want to use.
