I just read about something in another post that might just work. Its a pill called Hoodia and I did a little reading online about it and it does sound like it may work. If you were to buy this stuff I would try to only get the organic kind, because I guess they have a lot of fakes out there.
One other thing you might try is to eat a salad before every meal and do a full body cleanse if you are not pregnant. I don't know if you remember people talking about the grapefruit diet, but this is the truth if you eat organic grapefruits as part of a healthy diet you can also lose weight.
Like I said I don't know too much about the Hoodia pill, but I do know that Oprah is taking it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Have you ever seen anyone with the "six-pack" abs who wasn't muscular in other areas? Working out needs to include the total body, not just one part. Most of us store most of our fat in the mid-section and hips, so that is what bothers us. You need to pump iron to build muscle and eat a diet which does not contain fat, sugar, etc. The most important part of this is patience and resolve...you have to want it and be willing to stick with the plan.
