on imvu how do yougive a friend a gift with promom credits? can you?

No you can not do this.
Due to abuse with people making several accounts at once you can not give promo credits to anyone.
Also you do not get any credits if the person you refer signs up on the same computer for the same reason.
If you share a computer with someone and want them to join too you need to have them do the sign up part on a different computer to get any credits for it.

I'm 'mefirst' there but my 3d windows keep crashing so I don't know whats up with that.
