How can we prevent the hate today? Why do you believe we are being hated so much? for we have done nothing wrong, and loving someone is not evil. For love comes in all shapes, and all are beautiful. But really, who planted this idea? For we can love, and we can hope. most of all: we can achieve.
So join in, and try and prevent hate, not only homophobic, but in other types too, like racism.
i apologise for that terribly terrible spelling. I shall work on that! maybe.

I am not gay, but I think a lot of people are horribly narrow minded and I am often ashamed for them when I see their hate. I think a lot of them its because they are scared of something they cant understand.
I really hate the christian ones who say its against god or whatever because a lot of them are such hypocrites. (not saying they all r but i havent met one who isnt!) but if they believe its against god to love someone of the same sex then they are stupid. and surely to hate someone just for who they love, surely that would be against god too? thats just some of what i think anyway.
Basically i think it is wrong to hate someone for a) something they cant help, and b) something that really doesnt hurt anyone else. damn there was a c but i forgot it

We are hated because of people who are scared of change.
Fanatical people who say "it'd not what God wants" when they themselves are NOT God. If they were TRUE followers they'd know that God wants them to keep thier mouths shut becuase He judges.
The Bible even says that it's wrong to judge... the Bible preaches love not hate and those who CLAIM to know the Bible and know what God wants, have absolutely no clue.
The only way this world will ever be able to over come this hatred that it has it for people to not judge on their own preference. Don't hate someone because they're different than YOU want them to be... just because you feel the need to hate doesn't mean you have the right to let it out.

we'll never be able to stop all hate...but hopefully, we can enlighten a few people along the way.
people usually fear anyone/anything that's different and that they don't understand. if they don't try to learn and understand, that fear grows. but, the hatred, that is a learned behavior. without education, and without even trying to understand and learn about our differences, things will not change for most bigots. diversity is what makes this world interesting! if we were all the same...all straight, all the same color, all the same religion, etc....what a boring place this planet would be!
fortunately, those that blindly hate are in the minority.

It is so sad to say--we can't prevent hate, it is even more sad there is hate. Everyone should be aboul to choose there choices in partners--you are who you are. Do you love less? Do you feel pain? I have many bi sexual, lesbian and gay friends and I am a better person for it and what they have taught me about opening my views and eyes.Live and let live, (as long as they don't force themselves on me--and they never have) they have way to much respect--thats more than we give them

I just continue to be me. I'm a kind and caring person and I think being a good example of a good person helps people break down the walls of insecurity. People are just awkward about it because they don't understand it. If you're a good person and you do good things, then who cares what other people think about who you love, as long as you are happy.

Maybe if you'd get off the "love" shtick and admit it's about sexual desires that aren't as odd as they might appear, and recommend trying them before knocking them, you might get more acceptance - for being honest if for nothing else. Come up with a word to describe deviant that isn't pejorative, because it IS a different kind of sex than has heretofore met with universal approval.
And remember, those denigrators of the so-called Hershey Highway have often traveled the feminine version of that road with great delight. And where does the pleasure of oral sex really reside if not in the mind as much as in the contact.

Just live our lives the best we can, one day at a time, and be kind to others. That's the only way to accomplish much of anything significantly.

Someone has to be the scapegoat. Homosexuals just happen to be the most convenient minority for the present time.
