This is a stupid question, grain size is a measure of siliclastic sedimentary rocks, not igneous rocks. If you ask what is the size of minerals in granitic rocks then the answer would be anywhere from millimeters to centimeters, depending on the environment of formation. Pegmatitic granites can have grains several meters in length.

moutaingym's comments are completely incorrect. Grain size is a basic, fundamental descriptor of igneous rocks. I include this measurement in every unit of core I log.
