Ink on suede is very tricky, basically you have re-dyed the leather and as suede is so open it will absorb any cleaning fluid that you put on there and draw the ink further in.
The best thing is a nubuck cloth which is sticky and will remove any ink that is sitting on the surface. Anything left after that is unlikely to be removeable.
It is always advisable to use a good suede protector like 'Waterstop' which will make cleaning easier in future and inhibit dirt and stains from being drawn into the leather.
Hairspray does work sometimes on pigmented leather but will make matters 10 times worse on suede and it will clog the surface up.

Sure hope you didn't use hair spray, hair spray is good for clothing that you are going to wash, I would try rubbing alcohol or vodka, it won't leave a sticky residue like hairspray will. Use a soft cloth and rub let dry and brush the suede with a suede brush.

Further to earlier answer about taking it to the cleaners I wouldn't bother I used to work in a major drycleaning chain and they would be more likely to ruin it than improve it, never heard of using hairspray have to say i'd be a bit doubtful

If it's a nice jacket I wouldn't even risk trying to clean it myself. I'd take it to the dry cleaners.

wash it out with white wine, or am I thinking of how to get rid of red wine stains... not sure, ask me again when I'm not having problems with my brain..................... Use more ink and make a fancy pattern, with some red highlights it could start a trend in your area.....................
