Well, it would be meant for a B. female. but a homosexual, or transvestite, or cross dressing A. male could wear it i guess, or for a joke or something. SO, it could be C. UNISEX. but it wouldnt be for a male whos really wearing it as a regular clothing item like in ireland cuz that would be a kilt, not a skirt.

I would say female,but now days men wear skirts too,so i would have to say unisex.
