I am tired of the racial questions. I mean lets face it, we are all here together. The facts are that black, white, brown, green, striped, or otherwise we are all just people. I will never understand the constant unraveling that is in the world over things that are things easily solved with understanding and knowledge. The more we fight the problem the bigger it gets. Mr. King said it best "can't we all just get along?"

I stood up with my best friend at his wedding yesterday. He is black and yes, I am sick about presuppositions made on anyone who is not white. There are many people of all cultures, races and ideas who are all good, kind, hardworking people. Sometimes I'm imbarrassed over what the human race does to its own. Count me as one for full equal rights - not just talk but change!

No, I'm not tired of ppl talking about black ppl. I take an interest in society and black people are a part of it.
Is it better left ignored the fact that statistically black people (in general) are 10 times more likely to be in prison than white people? Or that they earn less money, are less educated and more violent?
Personally, if my racial group was in that situation I'd rather people talked about it and tried to do something about it than ignore it and let it linger for decades to come.
Just because people talk about it doesn't mean they hate you - it could well be that they are actually interested in helping your race (as a whole) do better in future and do just as well as everybody else.

The people who usually want to say something or put down a certain group of people, aren't educated at all and don't understand the word diversity.

Yes & yes again. I am so sick of people asking the stupid, racist questions about black people. These people are obviously jealous and need to get a life.

Seriously.
I just find it mind boggling that people living in the 21st century in wealthy countries with good education systems are still hung up on skin colour. Grow up!

Yes! I agree people do pass to much judgment on skin instead of actions.

i dont mind racial slurs much...usually ppl that make racist coments are extremely closed minded and uneducated...mostly they are not use to dealing with other groups....they have a right to thier opinion no matter how stupid it makes them seem.
