Aquarium sounds like DDT, with intelligent, thought-provoking lyrics.
Also I can remember Alisa, they play more aggressive music, Kino (translates like cinema), Constantine Nikolsky.
Bands ARIA and Catharsis play in heavy-metal genre. As for me, Aria associates with world-known groups like Judas Pries and Iron Maiden.
