Chronus (Father Time), Gaia/Ge (Mother Earth), Kronos (Zeus's d*ckhead father), Rhea (Z's mother), Hygeia (goddess of health), Aesclepius (god of health), Eleiythyia (goddess of childbirth), Iris (the goddess of the rainbow), Io (goddess of the dawn), Helios (the sun god), Hekate (goddess of witchcraft, night, protector of women), Atlas (Titan--got stuck holding up the universe), the other Titans...there were a bunch. Those others are the traditional Pantheon--twelve Olympians.
The ancient Greeks had a looooot of deities--it would be tough to list them all and not leave some out. Plus monsters, nymphs, satyrs, and local gods (like gods of springs or rivers.) Good luck naming them all! You only have a few thousand more to go.
