eating is eating to me i am hungry in about 30min no matter how much i eat and how fat i eat but i am a teen.

If you eat slow and chew your food a lot it will trick your mind into thinking that you have eaten more than you have,at least that's what I have read.If you can drink a full glass of water before eating it will also help you feel full.I can't seem to do these things myself though.

Eating slow, it's just bores me 2 tears N have 2 stop. Plus a have a short attention span

it actually takes your brain 3 minutes to realise that your full........so when people eat really fast.........they just feel hungrey and wanting more.......and then u eat more and end up feeling really horribly bloated....if u eat slow....then the likelyhood is that your brain will catch up with your stomach and u should feel full
