is it possible to bring children into court to give testimony.. testimony that can clear a innocent persons name

You can bring children into court to testify. Depending on the age of the child, the judge will make a determination as to whether the child is competent to testify by asking certain questions, including ones about telling the truth. If the judge is satisfied the child knows about telling the truth, the judge could let the child testify.

Yes it is possible but they must be able to speak in a way that will convince the judge of jury that they are sure of what they say.
They would have to be of an age where they can be questioned and answer approriately.
