In current Western society, everyone seems to be hung up on something they don't like about themselves - usually a physical attribute. I won't say I think I'm a super model, but I'm quite satisfied with the way I look and the person I am beneath the skin. Everyone says 'just be happy with who you are' but almost no-one lives up to it. Tell me I'm not the only one who likes myself! (If I am, I have some advice - change what you don't like about yourself, if you can, and stop worrying about the bits you can't change.)

I like myself! I mean, of course there are things I'm not perfectly happy with about myself, but I don't really worry about them. I have kind of crooked teeth, a slightly wobbly bum and thighs and permanent under eye circles. The teeth and dark circles I know I can't do anything about so I forget about it, and I can't be bothered doing anything about my wobbly bits because I don't care enough! There are also things about my personality that I'm working on, but I don't worry that much about them either. I don't really have very good conversation skills, I'm a procrastinator, and quite shy. But I know that I'm a good person and I believe my good points far outweigh the bad. So I get on with life and enhance what I've got : )
