There is not an easy answer or solution. Please dont worry about worrying. You have the capacity to be sensitive. You need to review these events, put and keep them in perspective. YOu are not perfect so dont worry about things you cant change now. Try and see these as things you will learn from. You have that opportunity, and you realize it. When the memories come back, and the will, talk to your self out loud. You have reviewed that entire incident, any further review is unnessary at this time. It is not easy. Time will help. Do not beat your self up.

The harder you try to forget something, the more it's going to be on your mind. Just let the thoughts come and go and don't worry so much about them. Most of all, forgive yourself for the mistakes you've made. We are all human and we all make mistakes.

You can't just forget them, you have to change your attitude about them. So you made mistakes, so what you're human. It's how we learn. Try to look at each mistake as a stepping stone to you becoming a better, smarter person. Then when you think about them, you can be happy that you've learned from it and moved on.

You may never foget them but you can certainly put them away deep in your head. Eventually you will not think about them near as often. Remember not to use the mistakes as examples if you are arguing with the person who made it.
