I'd probably say Ted Ginn or Troy Smith from OSU.

Though Brady Quinn seems to get lots of press, I think he's overrated.

For Brotha Shakespeare: I am NOT an OSU fan, infact I hate them...but it's hard to argue against #1. And, I live in Atlanta.
