Well Kerry did make a bad joke that backfired...
All Bush did was create a civil war BLOODBATH
and has killed thousands upon thousands of
INNOCENT HUMANS...Yeah...I can see why the
Republicans are DESPERATE to change the subject!
(But its NOT working...heh heh!)

It shouldnt just be the Republicans that think he should apologize, it should be every decent human being, I mean, the man was insulting, c'mon.... And then called it a joke.....
Leave Pres. Bush out of it, he has nothing to do with Kerry & his blunder!

The man insulted every young man and woman that is serving our country. I lost a grandson who was a Marine and he was a straight A student in school. He chose to serve our country and that includes you and died in Iraq doing so. The man owes everyone an apology. A lot of loved ones here at home were insulted also. I would hate to think of this man becoming our president.

That's really poor logic - you're saying that two wrongs make a right. Kerry's apology should have been immediate.

As a former Marine what Kerry said was an insult to all of us that is why I feel that he must apologise!! As for Bush I see him praise our troops and support us on a daily basis!!!!!

To create a distraction and get people to stop thinking about all the many things the commander and thief should be apologizing for.

He already did apologize and also cancelled the rest of the tours he was going to do this week,

Even if he does not admit what he did was wrong, his party knew it was going to lose them the election perhaps.

Mr ""I apologize to no one”" has already apologized so your question is a dead issue.

On the radio program "Imus in the Morning," the Massachusetts senator said he was "sorry about a botched joke" about Bush.

Because every time Kerry speaks he makes the Republicans look like a better choice.

Because they are Republican's and they can't accept defeat or the fact that they were incorrect. Making Kerry apologize would make all of them sound "not as stupid".

the reason they want him to apologize is for the fact that he basicly called every one in the military dumb. by saying what he said. every one is saying it was a botched joke, but as for my self i don't think it was,, i think he was really calleing my self, and all my brothers in arms stupid, and basicly saying we aren't as good as the kids that goto a university.
