Prepare indictments and offer therapy to help us understand why they hate us.
Or maybe order a rush shipment of White Flags from France?

If Gore had won the 2000 election, there would not have been any decisive action taken. We would have crawled to the UN and begged to have the Taliban hand over Osama, they would have refused we would have lobbed a few missiles into their training camps and then Gore would have started his agenda of Enviormental savior. The Republican controlled congress and Senate would have put up a fight but Gore would have never sought an okay for military action. In a nut shell lots of the same old thing from the previous 8 years. Dem's can not handle the ruff stuff.

They would have went to the UN right after it happened, and than waited for several months before China and Russia used their veto power to do something. This would have been done instead of going to NATO (which we did), and then go to Afgjanistan.
And to say 'it would have never happened' is not true. And if it is true, we would have also been attacked many times after it with the bombing of planes, from Europe to America (where they would make the bombs on the planes).

First of all, if the what you call so-called liberals were in charge BEFORE 9/11, there would not have been a 9/11. They would have followed up on Clinton's warning about possible terrorist attack in the US and thwarted the plots and plans, and may have captured and/or killed osama bin laden.

Would've depended on who was president, not what party.
{edit}
I applaud your question though. Or more significantly gave it a thumbs-up. These are the kind of questions we should ask. Why just criticize. Though I firmly believe that criticism of presidents (liberal or conservative) is good, we have to know what we could've done better too.
Just don't be biased about choosing best answer. I already figure you'll choose one that says liberals would've given the terrorists everything or done nothing. Seriously, choose the BEST answer.

great question just think president bush wouldn't have been there so Dem's couldn't blame all our troubles on but they would still have CNN CBS NBC ABC doing their bidding
I'm sure all the news channels would be doing all they could in support of our troops if only a Dem was in charge
that's just one reason I'm no longer a democrate and why I'm tune out of most news channels
thank god for the fox news channel where there is a American news network for Americans

9/11 wouldn't have happened--
The National Security Advisor, NSC (even Richard Clarke from the Clinton admin) had info that something was up and that al qaeda had intent on attacking the US with planes. There was alot of "chatter" leading up to 9/11. In its typical ineptness, this administration ignored those signals.
The bush administration ignored everything that people from the Clinton administration had in terms of info and intelligence.
A Dem president wouldn't have continued reading "my pet goat" when we were being attacked. They wouldn't have gone into hiding either.
Even assuming it would have happened. A dem president would have gone after OBL in Afghanistan (as bush did) and stayed the course there. They would have stayed the course in keeping Saddam isolated (as he was- even Rice said so). We wouldn't have ended up in Iraq. Did anybody criticize the president for going into Afghanistan? Nope-- he had huge support from the US and many other countries after 9/11. He threw that all away.

Maybe they would have taken the "Bin Laden Determined to Strike Within US" briefing more seriously. Maybe they woudl have spent more time with Richard Clark, finding out about the threat. Maybe they would have kept the focus on Afghanistan and not gone off on an unrelated adventure in Iraq. Maybe they would put the 8 billion a month that is being wasted in Iraq to better use.

Be-Knighted Penn, Gere, and the rest of the Hollywood libs, so they could spread the word that America understood it was at fault for the attacks.
Our country has no Knights?
Seems to me the libs WANT to be America's nobility.

We'd still be trying to negotiate with Ben Laden instead to taking matters into our own hands and dealing with it, as we did. President "Kerry" (perish the thought) under those circumstances would still be saying..."now let's not try to offend any of the terrorists just because they attacked us".

Liberals say they would not have let it happen!! To refreash some memories Bill Clinton had several chances to "get" Bin Laden yet refused. I believe this will answer your question!!!
