The best way to get this guy's goat would be not to react to him at all. Look him in the eye, listen to him and do not show a flicker of response. Do not respond to the finger snapping and try to avoid getting in the position where he can physically push you aside. He really needs some help and the behavior is abusive. Is there a crisis center you can call? They would be able to give you very specific actions to take. Take a day off of work and do some research. Hang in there.

This kind of behavior towards you would be intolerable if you were just working for any other company so why do you put up with it from your relatives?
If you can't tell them the truth then tell them that you want to do something more in line with your training, or talents, or education. Whichever is right for you. But find a way to get a job somewhere else. Whoever this guy is, he's a real jerk.

This behavior is unacceptable. He obviously has no respect for you. I would tell him that he needs to show more respect or I'm outta here.
