Okay so at lunch there is this girl that recently started to sit by me and my friends. Me and this girl have had proublems befor, she does not like me because I am "loud, hyper and annoying." And yeah I am loud and hyper, and sometimes I gusse I can be annoying but once people get to know me they like me alote and think I'm funny. Any way she doesent. But the real proublem is sometimes win I'm talking (not to her) she will grab a sharp pencile and stab me on my upper arm, once my arm even started to bleed. I have told her to stop, that she is bothering me, that she is being stupiud ans stuff like that but she wont!! Today she even said these things:
"your lucky this is a hands of school, because I want to strange you!"
"I hope you kneel down and die"
"I hate you more than I have ever hated any one in my life"
and ect. I have even told her I'm sorry but she just snorts and walk away. Its to the point were Im kinda bullying her (I never did this befor she hurt me)

You need to tell a councilor. If your school has a hands off policy, it probably has a no harassment policy as well. She is assaulting you and harassing you as well. She is choosing to sit by you and your friend. She is the bully. It has gone beyond what you can handle on your own. It is time to get adult intervention. be sure the councilor understands that you are afraid and feel threatened. Also, be sure to use the words "harassment", "assault" and "threatened" when you describe how you feel. these are strong words that will get the councilor' s attention. If the councilor acts like its no big deal go to the dean of students, but don't give up. You have the right to feel safe and be safe at school!

Yes, you do need to report her. The fact is, if she doesn't like you, she shouldn't sit at your table. Not liking someone is not an excuse to stab them with a pencil, in which, by the way is dangerous. Don't give her permission to threaten you, by doing nothing about it. The school district frowns on that type of behavior. Report her.

Yes tell someone and soon. It might seem to make things worse at first, but soon she should get the idea and quit or just stay away from you. If it continues as the counselor or a teacher about going to the police and getting a restraining order. Good luck.

ok dude, here are your choices, you should tell a teacher, maybe she REALLY likes you and has no other way to show it to you (maybe she doesn't want you to find out) OR she really wants to kill you and you should run for your life. last choice, move out of the state. i got nothing else to say, i gave you all i got. but, remember, you have to tell someone and you have to stand up to her. if your tough, she won't bother you. just laugh when she says something stupid, she'll walk away and eventually get tired.

Yes! She is actually hurting you and she is making threatning statements. That needs to be stopped. Get your mom / dad involved too. That always helps.

I think you should definitely tell a teacher! This is abuse, no matter who it's from. She is physically and emotionally abusing you. And it can get worse if you let it go.
