who/what would you say is the antagonist in "the wizard of oz" and why?

The Climax is when she clicks her heels 3 times and returns home. The Antagonist is the Wicked Witch/Neighbor and the Protagonist is Dorothy Gail.

I think the true antagonist in this is not a person but time itself. Dorothy is on the threshold of childhood and womanhood. Oz represents childhood and Kansas represents life going on. The climax is when she realizes that she can't stay in Oz forever, in other words she can't remain a child forever.
