I just brought some Vitamin E oil from WalMart. Does it really help?
And what kind of base cream should i use to mix it with?
I would only be using it at nightime.I saw Jergen Face Cream would it be good to mix it with? It seemed to be oily enough (but the smell!!)
Though the oil bottle says that I can apply it straight on my face, but i would like to use a cream,so would Jergens be good or should I try something else like the Ponds cream.
Or Johnsons baby lotion?

I would only be using it at nightime as I use a light mosituriser during the day.

I would open the Vit E capsel and put on the areas you want, wait a few seconds til tacky to touch then put your favorite night cream over the whole face. I personally like the oil of olay night cream, I haven't tried the Jergen face cream yet.

I'd tell you not to wash it everyday, but it seems that's everyone's advice, and they're right. Make sure you're scalp is healthy. If you get dandruff take care of it. Vitamins help too, but what will keep the longer parts healthy longer is not using hair ties with elastic to put your hair up. Use chopsticks or scrunchies, sometimes I use clips in my hair. Rubber hair ties break the strands and cause split ends. My hair was down to the top of my pants before I donated it. Definately get it trimmed regularly. I got mine trimmed every 3 months but combed for split ends (and cut them out) every week or so. If you find you have a lot of split ends, get it trimmed more often.
